Daniel Koi graduated from University of Ghana with honours degree in Philosophy with Theatre Arts. He then attended College of Law where he attained honours degree in Law. He also completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
Daniel is a founding member of Fortwell Solicitors, having previously worked in an established high street law firm. His current areas of expertise include Immigration, Family and Employment law.
Daniel Practices in all areas of Immigration Law, having particular expertise in EU related applications, detention, deportation and Judicial Review applications. Daniel has previously represented clients in Human Rights applications, Immigration status outside immigration rules/ Discretionary Leave, family and private life route applications.

Patrick Opoku-Boateng, Solicitor/Director
Patrick Opoku-Boateng is a Solicitor and Managing Partner at Fortwell Solicitors, a London-based firm that specializes in Immigration and UK Nationality Law, Civil Litigation, Family, Employment and Entertainment Law.
He graduated from University of Ghana with honours degree in Sociology and Studies of Religion. Thereafter, he attended College of Law in London, where he attained honours degree in Law after completing his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
Patrick has worked with multiple established London-based Law firms, equipping him with unique experiences, skills, and knowledge in different areas of law, especially in Immigration Law, private Children Act Proceedings (including Care Proceedings, Section 8 Children Act Proceedings), Divorce and its related financial matters, Relationship Breakdown and also Domestic Violence Applications (Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders)—as well as Employment Law.

Mr. Fahad Sarfraz, Caseworker
Fahad completed his degree in business studies from the University of Wales and went to study MSC in Communication and Public relation at London Southbank University. Fahad has also completed the Common Professional Examination (LLB) from London Southbank University.

Fahad previously worked with a London based law firm and gained experience in all types of immigration applications as well as in the Personal Injury department. Currently, Fahad is working in Immigration and family department and dealing with all types of immigration and family cases.

Thomas Ddumba, Trainee Solicitor
Thomas is a Trainee Solicitor working on immigration, employment, and family matters. Prior to joining Fortwell Solicitors, Thomas was working with BBC as an Investigative Researcher where he worked across a broad range of stories at the same time, managed his workload effectively to tight deadlines and with a commitment to rigorous fact-checking.
Thomas holds an LLM in Oil, Gas and Mining Law from Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University, and has previously served placements with the energy legal team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and the corporate legal team at Kampala Associated Advocates.
At Fortwell Solicitors, Thomas deals with a range of immigration, employment, and family matters and he is highly commended for his legal research skills and attention to detail. Clients praise Thomas for being very analytical as well as being warm, friendly and approachable.
In his spare time, Thomas writes opinion-ed articles and supports Fulham FC. He speaks fluent English and Luganda.
